The Ladder Saver was designed and developed in 1995 to help stop the wear on bedded ground ladders mounted on fire engines. When the ladders rub together from the vibration while an engine is moving the damage can be significant. In using Ladder Savers, departments can stop this damage, and the need of replacing rungs that have become damaged due to this wear.
